the regiSTR is a directory platform that connects short-term rental operators with service providers. We facilitate the discovery and connection between parties but are not a party to any agreements or transactions between users and service providers.

If you register as a service provider, you agree that:

• You have the authority to represent the business listed.
• You will keep your listing information current and up to date.
• We may remove or modify listings that violate our guidelines or these Terms.

5. Communications and Marketing

By creating an account or providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from the regiSTR, including but not limited to:

• Marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional materials about our platform, features, and offerings.
• Communications about new services, updates, and enhancements to the platform.
• Partner and third-party promotions that we believe may be relevant to you.
• Industry news, tips, and educational content related to short-term rentals.
• Surveys, feedback requests, and research communications to help us improve our services.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails or by contacting us at hello@maverickstr.co. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or service-related messages, which you will continue to receive as long as you maintain an account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the regiSTR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to any transactions or interactions with service providers listed on the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the regiSTR and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
